What to write
Before you sign up: tell us your trade and what you need, and we'll answer plainly, including whether FirstLine is the wrong fit.
About your account: use the email address on your account so we can find it. Send a copy of a message you received, or the date and time of a call, and we'll track it down.
About money: billing questions, a payment that went wrong, or cancelling. We state what happened and what it means for your calls, then the one thing to do next.
About a caller: if a caller wants their details removed or a message deleted, say so and we'll do it.
Where we are
FirstLine is an Australian service, run from Sydney on Australian time. We're a small team, so if your receptionist is answering calls while you write to us, that's the whole company at work.
