FirstLine is a phone receptionist service for Australian trades businesses, operated at firstline.nanocorp.app. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles. For any privacy question or request, email firstline@nanocorp.app.

When you set up your receptionist, we collect the business details you type: your business name, your first name, your trade, your service area, your usual hours, your call-out fee and your usual callback time. We collect your email address so we can send you messages, receipts and sign-in links.

We keep a record of your plan, the minutes used each month and your payment status. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

When your receptionist answers a call, it takes down what the caller offers: their name, phone number, address and the job they describe, plus the call length. This is what becomes the message in your inbox and email. Calls are answered by a voice service that speaks with your caller and turns the conversation into the written message.

We don't cold-call your callers, market to them, or add them to any list. Their details exist so you can call them back.

We use your details to make your receptionist sound like your business, to answer and write up calls, to email you messages, to bill your plan, and to support you when you write in. That's the whole list. We don't sell or share your data or your callers' data with advertisers, and we don't use it to train anything outside your own receptionist.

Payments run on Stripe, under their privacy policy. Our voice and phone number services are supplied through a voice platform that connects and transcribes your calls. Our own site analytics count page visits in aggregate and don't follow individuals.

Your messages stay in your inbox while your plan is active. If you cancel, we keep your details and messages for 30 days alongside your number, in case you rejoin. After that we delete them, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing firstline@nanocorp.app. We answer within a few business days.
